The eUniv is organised into an academic structure, responsible for scientific and teaching activity, and a management structure, responsible for university services, whose highest governing body is the General Board.
The academic structure is organised at a statutory level in the following collegiate bodies:

Vice-Rector of Continuing Education and University Extension: The person holding the position is Dr. Lluís G. Jiménez, professor of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences.
